If service design is a symphony of touch points, channels, actors and business decisions, then Patrick is the conductor. Drawing on 10+ years as a business analyst, strategic planner and experience architect, Patrick ensures that the design of applied innovation projects take into account the myriad of stakeholders involved and the need to balance customer empathy with organizational economic realities.
Leading our team of innovation strategists through project planning, experience architecture, service value identification and touchpoint implementation, some of Patrick's recent clients include AbbVie, UCB, TD Financial, The Hospital For Sick Kids, MIT, The World Bank, Aviva and American Express.
Prior to joining Idea Couture, Patrick held several strategy and user experience roles at leading digital agencies including Critical Mass and Blast Radius. He served as an Account Planner working extensively with Citi Bank and Dell computers, and as an Analytics Lead working with Rolex, Nintendo and Esselte.
Patrick holds a B.Com from Queen's University.
