Idea Couture is looking for a Senior Innovation Strategist to be based in San Francisco.

Work within teams and individually to identify, flesh out and bring innovations in a multitude of contexts
Where necessary, develop business cases to support innovations
Develop comprehensive presentations, adding strategic business perspectives as well as ongoing business value to clients
Research client industries and unique business issues digital strategy
Present findings and recommendations to a broad variety of client stake holders
Extensive customer management responsibilities
Participate in qualified sales calls as requested
Provide working level direction to Associate Consultant

A passion for innovation and digital strategy
5+ years experience in developing requirements in professional services environment and / or innovation/management/strategy consulting
A background in competitive intelligence, ROI analysis and a quantitative skill set for data analysis would be useful
Strong analytical skills, with very high attention to detail
Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate discussions
Conversant in the principles and practices of user-centered design
