Adam Rubin

As Head of Digital Innovation, Adam is a skilled and passionate integrator of strategy, technology and design. Working with clients that include Aviva, Target, Indigo, MIT, Astra Zeneca, United Health Group, AARP and Molson, his approach to digital innovation is grounded by user-centric sensitivities and a clear focus on holistic experiences. His obsession with past, present and prophetic technological trends serves as a rich toolbox that powers his design and strategic decisions. With his finger firmly on the pulse of emerging consumer needs, Adam leads Idea Couture's multi-disciplinary teams toward solutions that meet immediate business - and human - goals.

A chess addict who loves playing against online global opponents as much as he does engaging in long form battles in the parks and cafès of New York, Toronto or Montreal, Adam is also a formally trained jazz drummer, an avid music junkie of progressive minds from Pink Floyd to Mahler, and an avid tennis player. Adam majored in Information Systems at McGill University, earned a diploma at Berklee College of Music, and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
