		<description>...next to finding the right innovative working people for a company its even more challenging for us designers to live, think and work inbetween different disciplines and constantly being sharp and edgy, knowing whats going on in these other fields and using these informations to move on. Its more than &quot;sitting between the chairs&quot;, its actually using this inbetweeness to achieve new unique solutions.... 

...but in most cases even my old colleagues dont get anymore what i´m talking about, so these T-shaped people really seems to be a rare hybrid species and it needs space, nutrition and acknowledgement from both sides...</description>
