iPhone Upgrade Decision Tree

Phone upgrades are confusing as heck and seem to always favor new customers over existing plan members.With the new iPhone 3GS but two days away, existing Rogers customers can expect to be given the run-around as usual.

Thankfully for us, along came this humorous and useful upgrade chart to demystify the process. If only our friendly neighborhood carrier could be so transparent about the process – it would save a lot of folks a few hours on hold when calling in to customer service.
