Idea Couture believes that digital communities are not simply defined as blogs, forums and social networks, but also encompass social commerce, co-creation, mirco-commerce, conversations, collaboration and other methods of interchange. Participating in online communities is a challenge many organization are faced with but few to date have truly tackled. Such participation, if properly planned and implemented has the potential to elevate a brand and improve customer engagement.
